Starting from the "Personal Studio", the research process has been going on and on for several reasons, referring to two institutions that are mainly the latest trend of art education, and gradually pursuing that the so-called "establishment" "Value proposition" creates a truly practical value-for-money consumer, and "Development" is a business model innovation which is based on the survival of the business. The "Business Model Innovation" is provided to the study case " As the initial creation of the "business model innovation" before the design of the sketch and self-examination.
From the comparison of successful examples of "Otto2 Art Aesthetics" and "Dahe Oriental Education and Aesthetics", we found that "unique selling points", "brand image" and "diversified mode of operation" are indispensable elements. Although there is a fierce competition in the art education market in Taiwan, it is the "business model innovation" business foundation from which the "concept model", "instructional design" and "artistic creation" of education can be enriched to "value proposition".
