To promote competition between enterprises intensified, While the development of digital economy led to the global industrial structure flip. Entrepreneurship has become a global trend. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial and team personality traits, entrepreneurial teams, social capital and entrepreneurial performance.
In this study, research architecture, hypothesis and variables operational definitions were proposed after series of literature review. Questionnaires were developed to collect primary data.Using the entrepreneur and team from National Association of Young Entrepreneurs were selected as the research object. The questionnaire was collected by the sampling of the network questionnaire and send 170 copies. The effective questionnaire was 85 and the recovery rate was 50%.Analysis and validation by Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS 22.0 statistic software.
Research results show that female entrepreneurs have the highest entrepreneurial performance. In the industry more than 21 years, the structural cognition of social capital is also higher. And the company for more than 21 years of entrepreneurs, its recognition of the higher the entrepreneurial team, the structural cognition of social capital is also higher, the higher the non-financial aspect of its entrepreneurial performance. The entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial performance Entrepreneurs are more enthusiastic and innovative. The higher the cohesion of the entrepreneurial team members, the stronger the communication ability, the more social capital and the higher the entrepreneurial performance.
And finally make recommendations based on the findings of the study for new venture entrepreneurs and future researchers.
