This makes disaster rescue operations very difficult, when the disaster occurs, People’ first thought is to call the firefighters for help, in the event of a disaster strikes. On the other hand, firefighters must quickly reach the scene to perform the disaster relief. Firefighters must also bear the pressure generated by the different style of leadership. This study mainly discusses the influence of leadership style on work pressure and the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, and further explores whether the work pressure will affect the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction. The results show that there is no significant correlation between leadership style and work pressure, which shows that there is no obvious correlation between the leadership style and working pressure of fire service supervisors. On the other hand, there is a significant positive correlation between leadership style and job satisfaction. The moderating role of work pressure does not exist.
