The questionnaire is analyzed to show the characteristic preferences of consumers. Current subsidies in Taiwan are different for different locations, therefore consumers will purchase electric motorcycles in certain location. Furthermore, there are many brands and makes for consumers’ choices. The charging equipment and battery exchange stations are among consumer considerations. Finally, the questionnaire is written based on the theory of mechanical engineering for consumers to fill in. Thus, the results of the consumer satisfaction and opinion about this product for improvement and service are analyzed and understood in this research.
