碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 105 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the statistical differences among political attitudes and behavior of high school students from different backgrounds. The impacts among political attitudes and behavior were also discussed, and the predictability based on political behavior and political attitudes were further analyzed. The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method. There were 496 students were convenience sampled from private and public high schools, located in Changhwa county of Taiwan. The questionnaires were evaluated by Political-attitudes Scale and Political-behavior Scale. The data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of the study were as follows：（a）There were significant differences in the different background variables of the high school students concerning political attitudes and behavior. （b）There were significant positive correlations in terms of political attitudes and behavior. （c）Political attitudes could significantly predict political behavior. According to the results of the study, the suggests were made for schools, the government, and future researchers.
