Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of the study was to explore the relationships between transformational leadership of physical education teachers, class atmosphere and learning satisfaction of physical education class in Changhua County, and further conform the meditiating effect of class atmosphere on physical education teacher's transformational leadership and students satisfaction to learning physical education.
To fulfill the research purposes, this study adopted the survey method as the major data-collecting technique and used stratified random sampling to find the research subjects. The target sample includes 600 elementary school students, the effective samples were 555, and the effective response rate was 92.5%. All the data received were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation ,reliability, validity and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The contribution of the research were summarized as follows:
1.The transformational leadership of physical education teachers has a significant positive impact on the class atmosphere.
2.The transformational leadership of physical education teachers has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of students satisfaction to learning.
3.Class atmosphere has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of students satisfaction to learning.
4.Class atmosphere has meditiating effect on the relationship between the transformational leadership of physical education teachers and students satisfaction to learning.
5.Among all the effects, the transformational leadership has a greater influence on learning satisfaction through class atmosphere.
Implication of this study for school sports promotion and suggestions for future researches were also discussed.
