Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of the study is to investigate whether the students with mental retardation at junior high school can change the body composition, improve their dynamic balance, and promote the performance of their bowling exercise after 12 weeks of core training. The core training was executed for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, each time 45 minutes, and implement bowling practice each week . The study is conducted on 12 students in a special educational class. The 12 students are divided into core training group(CTG) and general training group(GTG). After the 12-week course, the data were analyzed by paired-sample T test and One-way ANOVA to examine whether their body composition, dynamic balance and bowling exercise performance were different from those of the GTG. The INBODY 230 was used to test the body composition (BMI,%BF&LBM). The results of the study are as follows: After 12 weeks of core training, the CTG increased BMI by .03, %BF decreased by 1.55%, LBM increased by .50 kg, dynamic balance moving distance decreased by 74.33 cm, bowling scores increased by 54.33. Except for no significant differences in BMI, there were significant differences (p <.05) that existed in CTG, while GTG did not show significant differences. There were significant differences between the two groups in %BF and LBM change. In conclusion: 12 weeks of core training can significantly reduce the %BF, increase LBM, promote dynamic balance performance, and thus enhance the performance of bowling.
