碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to understand the moderator effects of leisure participation level on audition pressure and mental health of substitute teacher in elementary school. The sample selection method is the extraction of substitute teacher in elementary school, a total of 607 copies of the questionnaire, remove the invalid questionnaires 4 copies. The data were analyzed by percentage, Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the research results, the following conclusions were put forward: 1.The audition pressure of substitute teacher in elementary school to "life pressure" the highest. Physical and mental health to "psychological pressure" the highest score, the most poor. The overall degree of participation in the movement is low. 2.The higher the teacher's overall test pressure, the worse the overall physical and mental health performance. Which the pressure of life, the higher the written test pressure, its mental health, physical health and environmental health performance is worse. 3.The participation degree of substitute teacher in elementary school has the regulate influence for the movement of audition pressure and physical and mental health. 4.The higher the pressure of the teacher's examination, the more need to increase the participation of leisure sports to enhance the physical and mental health. Finally, based on the research results,several suggestions have been made for the substitute teacher in elementary school, educational units and future research. It is expected that this study will be helpful for the preparation of teacher test examinations for substitute teacher in elementary school.
