In this investigation, we analyzed the growth parameters of strawberry plants and compared with different pollination approaches (artificial-, fan- and open- pollination) to effects on fruits development under plant factory. The pH and electrical conductivity (EC) values of hydroponic solution were measured during entire culturing process. The results showed that pH value was devise three weeks post strawberry planting. Since avoiding tip or calyx burn, the pH needed to corrected by NaOH or H2SO4. The numbers of flower were counted for two months after blooming. The data exhibited more numbers in strawberry cv. DT-1 than cv. DF. In varied pollination treatments, We found that the best average fruit fresh weight was noticed in artificial pollination, whereas the best fruit set percentages in wind pollination.
