The “Organizational Climate Scale” (OCS) , the “Teachers’ Organizational Commitment Scale”(TOCS), the “Teachers’ Well-being Scale”(TWBS) ,and “Teachers’ Performance Scale”(TPS) were conducted.The main findings were as follows: 1. Kindergarten teachers had positive perceptions of organizational climate. There were significant differences in OCS scores between teachers at public and private kindergartens. 2. Kindergarten teachers had above average scores on TOCS. There were significant differences in TOCS scores between teachers at public and private kindergartens and among teachers of different teaching experience. 3. Kindergarten teachers had rather high TWBS scores . There were significant differences in TWBS scores between teachers at public and private kindergartens . 4. Kindergarten teachers had above average scores on TPS. There were significant differences in TPS scores between teachers at public and private kindergartens and among teachers of different teaching experience. 5. There were significant correlations among OCS scores,TOCS scores, TWBS scores and TPS scores. 6. Organizational climate had an indirect effects on teachers’ performance through the mediating influence of teachers’ organizational commitment and teachers’ Well-being .
