Summary: | 碩士 === 台灣首府大學 === 教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation on subjects of working stress, organization fit and the well-being for the teachers in elementary school of Tainan City. The study investigated work pressure, organization fit and well-being with different demographic variables of teachers in elementary school of Tainan City to explore difference, correlation
and predication amang variables as well. The subjects were 340 elementary school teachers from 209 elementary schools in Tainan City. This study was adopted the method of questionnaire survey, and the study instrument are “Working Stress, Organization Fit and Well-being for Elementary Teachers in Tainan City ”. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed by independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression.
The main results indicate:
1.The working stress of elementary school teacher is low to medium degree,
whereas the “Parental Involvement” gets the higher score.
2.The organization fit of elementary school teacher is medium degree, whereas
the “Complementary Fit” gets the higher score.
3.The well-being of elementary school teacher is medium degree, whereas the
“Life Satisfaction” gets the higher score.
4.The background variables have strong influences on the three factors.
5.The correlation of “Working Stress” and “Well-being” is low-negative. On the
other hand, the correlation of “Organization Fit” and “Well-being” is
moderate-positive.
6.Both the “Working Stress” and the “Organization Fit” for elementary school
teachers are of prediction to the “Well-being”. In addition, the
“Organization Fit” is the main factor of the influence.
