A Study of Recreation Specialization, Flow Experience, and Spiritual Health in Road Running Participants

碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 105 === This study was discussed on the relationship between recreation specialization, flow experience, and spiritual health in road running participants. Conception sampling was adopted. Research object for the wrestler. There are 350 copies of survey in total. 300 copies were distributed and returned with 294 effective copies. The return rate was 98%. Data analyzation by via exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-testing, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: Significant difference exist for road running participants in gender on recreation specialization, flow experience, and spiritual health; Significant difference for road running participants age on flow experience; There was significant difference exist for road running participants job on flow experience; There was positive correlations between recreation specialization and flow experience; There is positive correlations between recreation specialization, flow experience, and spiritual health; Recreation specialization have positive effects on participants spiritual health. In other words, the higher the degree of recreation specialization of road running participants, the higher the degree of flow experience and spiritual health; Recreation specialization and flow experience to the positive impact of spiritual health. Discussions of the results for this research follow with suggestions into the future.
