碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 建築系建築及都市設計碩博士班 === 105 === Under rapid development of the cities in Taiwan, there has been excessive concentration of population in the city, increased demand for housing, driving housing prices higher, and living standards are not taken seriously. The Statistics Department of the Ministry of the Interior in Year 100, had a survey through corporate databases and social housing needs, estimated that potential demand for social housing would be 400,000 households, and it shows that potential demand for social housing is high in Taiwan. This design site is located in Taixiang section of Beitun District in Taichung. It designs social housing for Taixiang section of Beitun District in Taichung provides by Taichung Government. The purpose of the design : First, elastic usage of social housing module units; Second, in social housing establish interactive, cooperate, reciprocal in between the neighborhoods; Third, created the fusion of the city texture of community activities field to match up with the environment and landscape. Through literature review site environmental field survey, understanding the history of Beitun District characteristics and human environment, the local population structure, the main space needs and lifestyles of local residents, it goes on to explore the configuration form of the neighborhood space into site. This study is based on the needs of people living, modular, open public space and function application of shared space. The design has total of 290 units. It proposes modular living space for family structures and lifestyles, allowing residents use "home" as the center point. It creates interaction between neighbours by importing within the site in neighborhood open space. By combining the backyard and the frontyard with the nearby park in the site, it extends the living activities space. It provides interaction and mutual assistance functionality for shared kitchen as well as youth and seniors assistance space. Users will reveal a new life behavior pattern through the function of sharing space.
