Especially due to the quick change of economy, environment and society, it leads to people may start to realize the threat of risks, but some people will consider it as opportunity. This kind of thinking will influence worldwide.
Besides, in the ISO 9001:2015, the latest version of Quality Management System Standardization published by its organization, it mentioned about “the consideration of risk” and the requirements of risk and opportunity development policy for organization. As a result, this research will discuss how organization reacts to “the consideration of risk” from ISO 9001:2015. It will take a consultant firm H as an example based on the case study method in order to realize its status and operational review by using Failure Mode & Effect Analysis.
The research showed that, from the process of the consultant firm H with risk management, it could successfully help organization towards its response measures of risk and opportunity, the development policy of organization, the requests of stakeholder issue.
