Internet applications have become an indispensable part of human life, the popularity of the global broadband Internet, led the Internet to flourish。 This study is to explore a multinational automobile manufacturing company, the organization uses an Internet telephony system,by using the technology acceptance model (TAM) usefulness, ease of use and Diffusion of Innovations Theory (DOI) compatibility variables, to explore personal attitudes, intentions, practical use of behavior, analyze the differences between departmental groups。 And interview the different departments of the enterprise by case study。 This study is based on Fred D. Davis, E.M. Rogers。 Which is presented by online questionnaire delivery, and the data is analyzed. The results of the interview are also validated together with the data.
