However, the OLED thermal evaporation technology is facing many problems to be resolved, not only the yield success rate needs to be greatly improved, while production costs also need to drop significantly. The metal mask has the problem of high unit price and short service life, which will be discussed in the solution described in this paper. As a result of our country in the OLED panel industry is not has a complete fine metal mesh cleaning mechanism, so hope that through this study, and then put forward a new model to improve, while ensuring quality and cost competitiveness, as the future OLED manufacturers in the formulation of the strategy on the reference. In the market, the technology is not has good or bad respectively , decided to rise and fall the key is not technology. When the LCD to replace the PDP, when the White OLED to replace RGB OLED, enough to prove that the cost advantage is about the core elements of technology-oriented.On the contrary, let the excellent technology has a lower cost, but also the goal of the innovator to work hard.
