Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 國際經營與貿易研究所 === 105 === In terms of the economy of Taiwan, price level goes up every year. However, the salary of the employees’ not only has not been raised for years but also even got negative growth. In order to increase their income, some employees try to do additional part-time jobs. Moreover, some of them just quit their jobs and devoted themselves to running their own businesses. However, not all of the entrepreneurs operate their own business just for higher profits. Some of them just wanted to practice their ideas in their businesses which are not adopted by their former company owners. Therefore, the study tries to construct the procedure of starting a new company under current economy condition. Because merchandise sales portfolio, capital load, exhibition and marketing activity selection are the main factors affecting running a company, this study built three linear programming models to solve the problems faced by the decision makers. The results of scenario simulations are provided for readers who are interested in this topic.
