In the current interior design market, the supply continues to increase nowadays, while the demand doesn’t, in this situation, how do these interior design company survive in the market makes an important point. Therefore, their survival strategy will be the key point and focus of this research. In order to make the research results reliable, the object of this research is focused on the business owners of Taiwan interior design enterprises. The research results will be obtained by interviews and the documents will be analyzed with cross-comparison with each objects. In the conclusion of this research, this study found that most of the operating strategies used by large-scale interior design enterprises in Taiwan are mostly similar to each other, but in the direction of business operation policy, the consideration of these business owners are slightly distinct from each other, owing to different business goal settings.
