Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 105 === For the sole roughing and cementing processes in traditional shoe industry, factories put a lot of manpower on hand drawing the cement curve lines with auto-vanishing pen, and then to carry on roughing operation on outsole edge with hand-held grinder, in order to facilitate the consequent cementing process. To develop an equipment that can measure the curve line of outsole edge and grind the line automatically. The measurement system is adopted single-chip microcomputer as the core with a laser range finder sensor, a resistance scale, and a stepping motor to collect data, and then to transfer to the computer terminal for follow-up creating 3D border image file, in order to the software “PowerMILL” for processing, the processing path is sent to the OPEN CNC grinding machine for the following grinding operation. The turntable of the curve measurement is rotated from 0 ° to 360 ° by each 1 °, and the data measured are retrieved and repeated 8 times, the result shows laser range finder easily to cause optical dispersion due to angles and materials. The equipment can be connected to high end robotic arms for the future. In this way to improve the qualities of grinding and cementing operations both and to get better yield. This can meet customized needs and avoid high labor costs for a small- volume multi-types markets.
