Research methods were divided into semi-constructed interview and participant observation. The three supervisors and 22 Nurses were selected as the research object. The research information and conclusion are as follows: 1.The nursery staffs are getting information mostly through Internet and the bookstore. Minority of the staffs are getting one through on-job training courses. 2.Each institution owns different types of books. Some even obtained the resources through nursery staffs. Some of the institutions are in charge of their purchase depending on development by the child to purchase. 3.Minority of nursery centers are promoting parent-child reading (teacher-parent cooperation) plan. 4.The time of the picture book activities are lack of guidance to think and converse (such as Q & A) for infants and younger children, in younger class. They usually read the story simply. Finally, according to the research and conclusions, put forward the relevant recommendations for the infants center institutions, class nursery staff, and future researcher respectively.
