Description
Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 醫學影像暨放射科學系暨研究所 === 105 === This study collected 134 chest tumor patients, and total of 1399 images. Using two different immobilization systems, AIO and BAG systems, respectively. Images is categorized into daily and weekly groups. AIO system has 628 images, and BAG system has 771 images. Daily and weekly groups have 1024 and 375 images respectively. Whether which of the immobilization system, the average displacement of daily and weekly groups which have little difference, for about 0.3 cm (p value < 0.01). The maximum displacement occurs at the weekly BAG group (ML direction: 7.1 cm), In the other direction, the weekly BAG group is also has maximum displacement. Radiologists can decide which immobilization system to achieve the good positioning repeatability according to the patient's condition.
