If we cannot strengthen the management of some waste of resources, improvement of construction technology,personnel management and reduce cost structure which would be detrimental to the future,then the importance of the value of the project, it has been the industry's importance and become the future trend. In this study, the contractor's point of view in awarding contract to complete the project in the case, discussion on the construction process of Taiwan underground railways and mechanics engineering, it was confirmed to reduce the cost effectively of Value Engineering Analysis Technology, according to the technical method of value engineering in study each stage, analysis of the time courses and work flow..Etc.it could try to search the alternative plan, and reduce the cost waste for underground railways.
