Therefore “Internship” is the first step in preparing the students for the real world workplace. By creating the environment which allows the intern to excel in his/her interest and performance, it may benefit the ones with their workspace adjustment as well as improving their profession. In this research on aspects and satisfaction of internship students from Corporate University and Corporate Industry Program who has gone through internship program from both Cheng Shiu University, Taiwan as well as and Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Thailand. In a form of quantitative research by using questionnaire 640 web-based and paper-based questionnaire, effective CSU 231 equivalent to 92.4% and PIM 225 equivalent to 90% by using SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the following: learning environment, interpersonal relationship, learning motivation, internship effectiveness, and learning satisfaction. The analysis results shows that both groups has the same aspect direction, which is firstly ‘learning environment’ has an impact on ‘learning satisfaction’ and ‘internship effectiveness’ of the students. Secondly ‘interpersonal relationship’ impacts ‘Internship effectiveness’. Thirdly ‘learning motivation’ impacts both ‘Internship effectiveness’ and ‘learning satisfaction’. Lastly ‘Internship effectiveness’ impacts learning satisfaction’. The internship program not only benefit the personnel but also the institute as well by improving their educational courses in order to produce a high quality and beneficial personnel who is ready to work striving for success as well as benefit the economic growth.
