Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 105 === Background: In recent years, triathlons have started an upsurge in Taiwan, among those the swimming has once again become a national sport. In the long swimming project, a good player will finish the game in the most labor-saving way. Objective: Through scientific analysis to provide players with a view of their own swimming movement during the training process, and effectively complete the effort-saving action. Methods: This study will use a underwater camera GoPRO13 to record the swimming movement, then employs the Kinovea Software to analyze for Total Immersion and freestyle of swimming. Total immersion swimming level 3 coach Cheng performs both types of swimming during the experiments. Results: According to the results of kinematics and motion analysis studies, it can be seen that the rowing , kicking frequency, trajectory, speed, and acceleration of total immersion fish like has significantly difference with the traditional free style swinning. Conclusion: For long-distance swimming, total Immersion fish like swimming can be used in order to save effort.
