Sports class of junior high school should organize courses, teaching, Class and life counseling completely. Highlighted the importance of learning adaptation. Therefore, it is important that student player should get social supports and learning adaptation in academic and professional achievements. Purpose: To investigate the effect of exercise social supports and learning adaptation of junior high school soccer players. METHODS: The data was collected by students of soccer teams in different junior high schools by questionnaire method. 150 effective questionnaires were collected. The social support questionnaire was defined as "teacher support", "family support" and "teammate support". The learning adaptation was defined as "peer adaptation", "classroom adaptation", "coach adaptation" and "non- group adaptation "four facets. The SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistics software package was used to analyze the data. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test (independent), and one-way ANOVA (independent). RESULTS: 1. There was a significant higher exercise social supports in the group of high/middle self-study time students (self-study 61-120 minutes’ group and 121-180 minutes’ group) in every day (SST). 2.There were significantly higher learning adaptation characteristics in SST and the second-grade group. CONCLUSION: Junior soccer players could be higher learning adaptation characteristics because of their high exercise social support every day by longer self-study time.
