| Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 105 === With two-day weekend, amateur baseball players have been joining the social baseball team on holidays in order to last the career longer. Based on the point of view, the purposes of this research are cited as following. Firstly, the status of participation motivation, benefits of leisure, and job satisfaction for amateur players ought to be analyzed. Secondly, the differentiations of demographic variables towards participation motivation, benefits of leisure, and job satisfaction explored in this research; furthermore, the relationship of participation motivation, benefits of leisure, and job satisfaction would be analyzed as well. By means of questionnaire survey, statistical analysis conducted as data analysis in this research. According to the 316 valid questionnaires, the findings are:1) The participation motivation and benefits of leisure positively correlates job satisfaction. 2) The participation motivation and benefits of leisure positively affect job satisfaction.
