This study is aimed at the students in tribe who are Family poverty and lack of support. This study is also aimed at the rapid disappearance of the indigenous tribe culture. The purpose of the study is to develop a new set of teaching modules through the combination of distance learning and community building to improve the plight of education and culture in indigenous tribes. In this study, the case study was conducted in the spirit of action research. The study found that the research results are: 1、The experimental teaching module design can effectively provide and meet the tribal students to accompany and support the needs. 2、The indigenous tribal culture is facing a serious crisis of survival. The design of the experimental teaching module can effectively raise the students' motivation to learn tribal culture and enhance the identity of the tribal culture, while providing an effective learning tribal culture environment.
