| Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 化妝品與時尚彩妝研究所 === 105 === In terms of the fashion industry and creative designs, all product designs have to go through design illustrations as the first step so as to fully illustrate conceived design concepts. However, design illustrations are mainly applied and limited to makeup illustration. Therefore, a user-friendly makeup design device is conceptualized to be applied in various purposes with a view to promoting the use of design drawings on makeup, hairdressing and styling and enhancing the drawing capability and timeliness of creative designers and stylists.
The aforementioned Deviceis named as "the Layer Concept Device," a user-friendly makeup design device, which could be applied tospecific areas such as makeup and hairstyling. This Deviceis a practical bookletcontaining multiple pages of colorful facial and hairstyling sketches on heads and faces as well as transparent P.V.C slides, wich could be inserted on top of those paper pages for drawing demonstration. This allows designs on makeup and hairstyling to be efficiently presented in different and separate illustrationspages and, largely facilitates specialists, instructors and stylists in makeup and hairstyling teaching or demonstrating design concepts. This Device serves as anefficient and practical tool for facilitating design illustrations. Illustrationsare applied to fashion illustrations through sketching techniques including makeup, hairstyling, hair style and fashion design.
Based on the creative idea from this dissertation, it is anticipated that the Layer Concept Devicecould be widely applied and promoted to the fashion industry andacademic teaching, and that they could collaborate with the industry to commercialize the aforementioned device so as to provide what is needed for the fashion industry and facilitate users' convenience for achieving better presentation effects forfashion illustrations. Itis also hoped that the industry-academia cooperation and collaboration on the teaching of fashion makeup, hair styling and fashion design could be further fostered.
