Combine a chain of events of traffic behavior to make a specific traffic behavior. Those events against the laws of Traffic safety rules are called "Irregularities".Verify traffic behaviors of the one involved traffic accident by comparing with causal relationship.Those behaviors which are related to the automobile accident are the causes of the accident. Those behaviors which are stronger correlation in causal relationship are "mean factor". Those behaviors which are weaker correlation in causal relationship are "minor factor". Those behaviors which are without correlation in causal relationship are "none factor". The prosecutions after accident ard to investigate the causal relationship between traffic behavior and the accident and to confirm criminal elements of negligent homicide and negligent causing bodily harm. The procedure of investigation, verification, reconstruction and analysis is to clarify events of traffic behavior. Tradition traffic accident response are to reconstruct the process of the traffic accident by using the remnant left behind accident scene and to describe traffic behaviors and to verify traffic behaviors of the one involved traffic accident by comparing with causal relationship. Limitted by feature of the evidence, technology of forensics, ability of identifying, some analysis of causes of the accident couldn't be accomplished unfortunately. Along with universal of monitoring system and driving image recorder, image recorder record the process of the traffic accident and the evidence and the plots. With the record, most of the cases can be observed directly clearly to investigate those traffic behaviors right or not, causal relationship between traffic behaviors and the traffic accident, fulfilling the attention duty or not. However, the one involved traffic accident who is responsible or not can be "see" directly, it must be analyzed by using scientific, strict methods and another evidence to find out the truth. The value of the image record is its continuity of time. The study will take the mathod of investigation and analysis apply to verify the time-space relationship of event of traffic behavior. By using functions of specific video player which are grid and screenshot,the features of traffic behavior in video can be highlighted and described specifically such as direction,speed,perspective of the driver,reaction time. Traffic behavior can be reconstructed by using those evidence professionally. The goal of this study is to establish the mathod of identifying event of traffic behavior and to confirm the causal relationship between traffic behavior and the accident and to be the basis of identifying the causes of the accident. This method can be referred to as a procedure by the professional person managing after-accident response to clarify what happened and the causes of the accident.
