Summary:碩士 === 經國管理暨健康學院 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 105 === The main focus of this study is to investigate the workplace stress, satisfaction and fatigue of the football referees in Taiwan. Surveys were carried out through the use of questionnaires. The targets of the study are the referees who have been responsible for enforcing the Laws of the Game for approximately three years. The valid sample size is 96. The data is analyzed quantitatively with the use of SPSS12.0. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product- moment correlation analysis were used in this particular study: First, these referees deem that there is a correlation between workplace stress and the conflicts between people. Second, these referees are most satisfied with their attitude towards "law enforcement attitude." Third, these referees believe that they have experienced a high level of fatigue. Fourth, the football referees have a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and fatigue. Fifth, the football referees in Taiwan have significant positive correlation between work stress and fatigue.
