Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === The modern humanity and social civilization have reached unprecedented peaks, yet the accompanied high level of competition and work pressure have also turned the human bodies and minds into their victims by bringing along a lot of illness and injuries. How to relieve stress and enhance positive energy has become the most pressing topic for people longing for a healthy lifestyle. Color science covering theories and technologies from the subjects of biology, electrical science, and biochemistry, etc., and the well-rounded theories and practices of education & training and psychological consultations, are integrated by Ishangkuan Group to become Color Energy. The aim is to consolidate theories and techniques of education & training, psychology consultation, human energy field and biofeedback, so the traditional viewpoint of Colour Energy can be promoted through general and universal courses. When supplemented with the measurement by precision scientific instruments, the objectives of stress relief and energy recharge are achieved to improve and restore physical and mental health for human beings. The experimental subjects of this study were the students participating in the Color energy course, and the quasi-experimental design method with internal validity was adopted; and Kirkpatrick's (1959) Four Level Evaluation Model was the theoretical basis to explore the correlations among the experimental subjects’ satisfaction with the course (reaction level), knowledge of Color Energy (learning level) and the biofeedback (behavior level). In the study, the following were identified: the experimental subjects had relatively high satisfaction with the Colour Energy course, the Colour Energy course could enhance the subjects’ knowledge of Color energy, and the Colour Energy course could improve five biofeedback indicators, including stress resistance, emotional reaction, physical and mental state, intense pulsed light chakra / yin and yang pointer and solar plexus chakra. The satisfaction with the course could promote the knowledge of Color Energy, and the knowledge of Color Energy could positively affect four biofeedback indicators, including vishuddha chakra (throat chakra), ajna (third-eye chakra), energy and intense pulsed light chakra/ yin and yang pointer. Finally, based on the study results, the theoretical and practical discussions and recommendations were proposed.
