Hence, it is important for Manages finances special commissioner in coping with the stress from digital transformation and to achieve work performance. This study based upon the manages finances special commissioners; further more to discuss how personal characters react to the sources of stress, the response to the pressure from work and work performance; and to evaluate if the relationship between each perspective is statistically significant. According to the analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis ,statistical inference and regression analysis, from questionnaire and literature review, some suggestions are offered. Through the research that under the circumstance of manages finances special commissioners using BANK3.0, the results showed: 1. It is statistically significant between personal characters and stress in workplace; 2. It is statistically significant between personal characters and the response from stress in workplace; 3. It is statistically significant between personal characters and work performance; 4. It is statistically significant between sources of stress and the response to pressure; 5. It is non-statistically significant between work performance and stress in workplace. Finally, according to the research results, to enhance the purpose by introducing BANK3.0 to financial industry, it is essential for manages finances special commissioners to increase their digital knowledge by attending training courses and to be familiar with operating online mobile devices and interface of social medium; also their individual emotional pressure for reducing stress in workplace needed to be released.
