The subjects were junior high track and field athletes participating in the 2017 New Taipei City High School Athlete Games. The research adopted questionnaire survey. There were 282 valid questionnaires from 294 questionnaires collected. (1) The longer time of training and more time to get along with teammates, the higher team cohesion was in their internal harmony. (2) The athletes who have high frequency of active speech have higher team cohesion. (3) The athletes who often use Facebook to share their practice and learning situation or trivial matters have higher team cohesion.
