碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 105 === 　　Aging society with fewer children in Taiwan is top ranking in the world。Ministry of Education estimates that enrollment rate of colleges will decrease from 269,923 students in 2015 to 189,364 in 2031。Universities would run difficulties due to the result of fewer children。Therefore，the topic of universities transforming is popular。 　　Between the development of university withdraw mechanism and nursing homes， wheather the universities could transform to nursing homes with reasonable price or not。 Universities would run difficulties due to fewer children。 　　In the venue of university，we provide comfortable lifestyle/community to elders who could take care themselves。The elders could have friends and entertainment in a secure and peaceful environment，so，relatives could pay attention/focus on work or even work overseas to enhance national competitiveness。This research is aimed to discuss the possibility of universities transformation。
