Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the work stress of municipal pre-school teacher at Taipei city.With premium welfare and superior working environment, it's not easy to get the opportunity to work as a pre-school teacher in public pre-school after tremendous entrance competition. However it's surprisingly to see that teachers at public pre-school, a job thought to be respected and cherished, exists a high turn over rate. What are the sources and factors of stress ?To explore the factors of work stress of public pre-school teachers, this study builds the dynamic module of work stress of pre-school teachers into a cause-effect diagram with three dimensions, job stability, capability and level of demanding from related person in System Dynamics analysis.The result of this study finds that the demanding degree of relative person causes a positive feedback, meanwhile the capability and job stability causes a negative feedback. This result suggests that lower the demanding degree of relative person will decrease the pressure of pre-school teachers, interpersonal confliction and increase the working stability.For all level of bureaucrat, pre-school teacher is the core of pre-school education. To enhance the quality of education, the health of workers is essential. The critical education issue is to identify the job description, searching for social supporting so as to decrease the working pressure and enhance the working stability.
