The research method is questionnaire survey. A total of 305 questionnaires and 282 valid samples were issued, and the effective recovery rate was 92.46%. After the questionnaire was collected, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis and product analysis were analyzed. According to the research results and analysis summarized the conclusions are as follows: 1.Public primary school after school to take care of teachers emotional labor to a high degree of degree, which "emotional basic show" emotional services the largest; work burnout to a low level, "emotional exhaustion" job burnout sense; and the degree of strategy To the middle level, the most commonly used strategy is "adjust the mood." 2.The age of 51 years of age, the monthly fee of 15001 yuan more than the public primary school after school to take care of their emotional services, a higher degree of awareness. 3.Male, under 30 years of age and university graduate public primary school after school to take care of teachers, their work burnout awareness of a higher degree 4.Male, monthly rate of more than 15001 yuan and part of the hour after the public primary school primary school teachers to take care of their application strategy to a higher level of awareness. 5.There is a significant negative correlation between the emotional service and the job burnout of the public primary school after school. 6.There is a significant positive correlation between the emotional service and the coping strategies of the public primary school after school. 7.There is no significant correlation between job burnout and coping strategies in public primary school after school. The study based on the conclusions, respectively, after-school care for teachers, schools, education authorities made a number of recommendations. 1.After school to take care of teachers have a higher emotional services, relatively high sense of accomplishment, for job burnout will be reduced. Such a result of the study of teachers to take care of teachers after school is quite worthy of recognition. 2.Some schools set up after-school care class, but the number of enrollment is not enough to pay after school teachers to take part-time fee, part-time fee will be discounted, so that teachers in this class to seriously guide students, but not their own part- Whether the teacher's emotional services will have a greater impact? This is a matter of concern to the school. 3.The education supervisor will increase the teacher training course for young teachers after class, study or allow experienced teachers to assist in guiding the teaching environment, so that the young teachers of the after-school care class are willing to stay in this teaching environment.
