Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 105 === Based on the theories of TAM and ISSM, the study aims to explore the factors that affect citizens’ attitude toward the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application in the Greater Taipei area. Through gathering simple samples, the study targets citizens that have used the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application in the Greater Taipei area. 484 questionnaires were distributed and 484 were retrieved and validated, with a recovery rate of 100%. According to the regression analysis, the quality of the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application, the quality of information and service provided had a positive effect on usability, from which the quality of the system had the strongest influence (0.604); the quality of service, flow experience and perceived usability, all had a positive effect on people’s user perceptions, from which perceived usability had the strongest influence (0.483). Perceived usability and perceived usefulness of the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application for users had a positive effect on user attitude and the influence of perceived usability (0.715) on users’ attitude was stronger than that of perceived usefulness (0.223). Perceived usefulness and user attitude of the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application had a positive effect on people’s intention to use the system and the influence of user attitude (0.660) on intention to use was stronger than that of perceived usefulness (0.284). These sample results are gathered for developers as a reference to the design of the Real-time Taipei Bus Tracking Mobile Application.
