The subjects are 221 students from the San-Ja elementary school in Miaoli. Among them, 40 are recorder ensemble students and 181 are normal students.The research method of the study is controlled observation survey study. This research utilizes SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) to count Accumulated rate related statistical analysis, and the data were then analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, independent samples t-tests, One-way ANOVA and Two-way ANOVA.The research findings are as follows: 1. Elementary school recorder ensemble students perform better in Language, logics, arts, music and the overall subjects than the normal students. 2. After attending the flute group, the female recorder ensemble students show better performance than normal female students in overall subjects. The male recorder ensemble students show better performance than normal male students in music and the overall subjects.The female students show better performance than male students in arts and music. 3. Following the training of the flute group, the female recorder ensemble students who attend one semester, two semester and three semester show better performance than normal female students in Language, logics, arts, music and the overall subjects. 4. Following the training of the flute group, the male recorder ensemble students who attend one semester, two semester and three semester show better performance than normal male students in music subjects. 5. There were no differences between the elementary school students’ learning effectiveness and the interaction of different gender and receive recorder club except logic subjects. According to the research results, the researcher made several suggestions to educational administration units, school administration personnel, recorder ensemble’s director, and future stuby for the references of the recorder ensemble education.
