And the ecological development of the national primary education curriculum has changed greatly. The educational resources will be reduced because of the low birth rate. The school’s sharp decline in the number of students has a domino effect leading to the number of classes reduced, schools merged and schools terminated. The school management will become very difficult. The school principals’ ideas of school management and planning how to respond to the social phenomenon of less children, the school's culture should be maintained or tend to multi-transformation, such as choices are urgent issues. The purpose of this study is to explore: The marketing strategy of the school is to use the "Parent-Teacher Communication App" to improve the relationship between teachers and students. Whether it will contribute to the promotion of school affairs, enhance the motivation of parents to send their children to school, and to achieve that all the teachers and students share and make full use of teaching resources. Whether to achieve the purpose of successful marketing school and in line with the direction of school-based administrative development, show parents the school-based curriculum characteristics and the results of students’ learning. This study was conducted in a qualitative study of in-depth interview method, and the grounded theory to analysis data. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Parents can use the App to achieve the desired expectations. (2) The parents who use the App will improve for the school curriculum characteristics, teaching quality, administrative efficiency and the parent-teacher relationship satisfaction than before the use of significant improvement. (3) The use of App's parents for the overall satisfaction of the school compared to before the use of significant improvement. (4) Parents who use App are willing to take the initiative to recommend other parents to use the "App". Finally, this study, based on the findings of the study, makes recommendations for educational administration, school organization and follow-up researchers.
