Research method was referred to the mixing ratio design of permeable asphalt base course with coordinating the lab equipment of the asphalt concrete mixing plant to conduct the mix proportion design test. Then, applied these test results and this plant’s existing production machine of recycled asphalt concrete and RAP to carry out the trial mix and trial pavement. In addition, it conducted the analysis for these results of this study that collected by use timing, places and efficiencies. This research result showed that after crushed and sieved the reclaimed material, it can be used as the permeable base course in the initial research result on permeable asphalt base course, only it needed to be heated to reach the factory temperature between 160℃~170℃, and the paving temperature shouldn’t lower than 130℃, its cooling rate is twice the rate of new asphalt; therefore, the time from factory to the construction completion should be within 150 minutes in order to ensure the construction quality. At last, this study intended to build the construction guidelines and standards by aiming such application, so as to provide the engineering and construction world as a reference for further applications and researches.
