When the door lock was broken, the mechanics could know and fix as soon as possible. In addition to, it didn’t break easily. In the nowadays, almost new choppers are digitalized. The cockpit doors in the modern helicopters are equipped with micro-switch. This switch is often opened and closed, so it caused the micro-switch elasticity of fatigue or damaged, even the door lock is good. If the canopy door open message pop-out, it also limit pilot to operate some of function. For solving this problem, I will use Modified Delphi Method, MDM and Likert scale to get the solution in this research when mechanic do the trouble-shooting. Then, making the break-out box let mechanics check out easily and rapidly. After that, I’ll analyze and find the most damageable part in this fault message to reduce the number of times that maintainers fix and enhance the mission that pilot execute. After making break-out box, our country has another method for maintaining induction of canopy. It could enhance the efficiency of work and increase pin broken and crooked. For this research, it reduce the 75 percent of working time and save the 33 percent of manpower. To sum up, making the break-out box can increase the speed of maintain and enhance the accurate of trouble-shooting.
