In view of the fact that in recent years, the long-term care institutions that have sheltered the shelter of the refugees. When the fire or accidental disaster occurs, people who fail to take refuge in time tend to be victims. If the site staff can have more active and effective response and the painful result of the disaster is bound to repeat itself again and again.
This study will take the long-term care of the elderly in wenshan area of Taipei city as the research object, through review the literature, study fire cases over the years, and then analyze the risk factors of the old persons long care organization. By the disaster relief experienced experts interview and the fire department fire rescue military deduction, enhanced the efficiency of firefighters rescue, reduced the casualties and loss of personnel and thus protected the people's lives and property.
In addition, it is proposed that the fire safety awareness, safety education and disaster response capacity of the staff member should be strengthened in the aspect of personnel management and the fire safety awareness. In order to reward the future organs, in the implementation of fire management system and disaster rescue related to the study as a reference.
