Summary: | 碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 飛機系統工程研究所 === 105 === This study is exemplified by the TWA-800 crash, the future development of the aviation circuit and its improvement of today's maintenance methods will enhance the safety of aviation circuits. The world's aircraft safety can not be ignored, and that will cause a lot of factors for air accidents, such as: human errors, weather factors, mechanical factors. The most difficult factor in the prevention of aircraft is the circuit factor; the problem of short circuit is not easy to be seen with our eyes, maintenance plans are more complex. Therefore this paper for the aircraft wiring system should be review the design specifications must be gone through flight certification, building an identification system to safety is very important, the relevant controversial practices must be amended to ensure that adequate isolation is provided with the wiring of the critical system, to identify the more important circuit warranty risk factors for prevention early. Modern civil aircraft airborne systems are becoming increasingly complex and the degree of electrification gradually increased, but its power and signal transmission to rely on electrical wiring harness and connector. So the aircraft within the electrical wiring harness similar as the body's nervous system for control, induction and detection function is very important. This objective of the present research is focus on the problem of aircraft wiring aging, it’s develop on in aviation industry, wiring aging is more important than before. Finally the prevention of old circuit safety occurred in the solution and the old aircraft on the current aviation industry security impact are all completed.
