Recently due to urban development, social and economic prosperity and diversification of national life and other factors, so that the types of disasters and accidents are increasingly complicated. In the high-rise buildings, underground street, high and low smoke, hot harsh environment, carrying out the task of life and rescue is more and more difficult. So only continue to strengthen the rescue technology, enrich the more advanced rescue equipment and achieve human life relief successfully.
This study will through the relevant literature review, expert interviews and military deduction achieve the purpose of research. For the rope safety regulations, equipment use and restrictions, an important point of view and analysis enhanced the firefighters rescue rope skills.
This paper studied the low rope of salvage skills, explored the rescue methods of the low rope, helped the firefighters to face the changing rescue environment, overcame the high and low rope rescue environment for the salvage skills. In order to ensure the people’s safety of life and property.
