In hardware, we use Arduino (ATMEGA2560) for the MCU (Microcontroller Unit), combined with the Wi-Fi module, camera, and L298N motor drive circuit. In software, we use the Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and Android Studio to write Arduino and Android APP programs. The Android system of smart phones can remote control the electrical car and display on the screen though the camera image transmission on the car. This research proves the remote control electrical car that have the functions of PWM speed control, off-road and into harsh environment for reconnaissance with the camera image transmission.
