In response to the current situation on the overall structure of the existing organization and personnel, A company carried out a large-scale organizational restructuring and staff streamlining, its planning goal is to innovation, promote its business reform, and in accordance with the policy of promotion, streamline manpower, improve person quality and productivity, the ultimate goal is re-adjust the establishment become to an efficiency, qualify, capacity’s updated factory. This researching will be explored by the basic level of the factory layout planning, it’s hoped to provide a basic spirit, and the full information for the decision consideration.
Considering the decision-makers in the limited space constraints and other conditions, they cannot be fully apparent all designs, therefore in this researching we provided in different forms of plant layout simulation; which include to complete the level of assessment for the professionals to fill the questionnaire, and the results after comparative analysis of each item, we are getting a results, however after adding the quantitative items and multiple choice target planning to more goal model, we re-identified an another better conclusion. Therefore we can see in the "hierarchical analysis" and "multi-objective planning model " once we can provide multiplication of the study models, both qualitative criteria and quantitative criteria can be consideration together then to help decision makers to obtain the most comprehensive results.
