碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 105 === This study adopted case study to describe a LVDS Cable manufacturer, after understanding the content and the purpose of production of Toyota and its true spirit, analysis and verification of the difference between the performance of its production after importing the “Lean Production”. After this depth study, finding that implementation of the idea of "Lean Production" can make the performance improve, but it only fits in the aspects of the production process. This study suggests that when companies want to import the Lean Production system, we must coordinate with the company's original culture and system first, and then to develop appropriate policies, procedures, steps and methods of operation. By this way, we can smoothly and successfully practice the work and make lean production’s effect to maximum. LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) is to use electricity to transmit large amounts of data at high speed circuit, applies to a resolution higher than SVGA TFT LCD display equipment, fiber-optic communications and electronic switching device on the interface. This research study found that the implementation of "lean production" thinking, which passes from the original 14 times reduced to 10 times, staff 2/3 reduction in capacity under unchanged conditions direct employees, cost savings of about 8%, time 25%, actually improves on the performance of the product.
