Nuclides which PET used will selective deposits in the specific tissue or organ. Assessment of nuclear medicine internal dose includes absorbed dose and Pharmacokinetics. Currently, we do analog computation without Pharmacokinetics. The study uses EGS4-VLSI to simulate CRAF66 voxel phantom organ dose and uses the data of F-18 and Stabin et al [1] to prove this research. When source organ is target organ, because organ dose contribution is β+. Source organ/ Target organ gets inversely proportional to the mass of the absorbed dose. Stabin[1] uses Cristy-Eckerman bisexual phantom and because of the geometry distance between organs are big. It makes dose underestimated in the situation that is inversely proportional to distance square. Also, female organs (uterus and ovaries)[1] shows unreal opposite dose that makes the data inaccurate. In conclusion with these discussion, when the absorbed dose of source organ is inversely proportional to its mass equal to target organ and the internal geometry between source organ and target organ are not equal. These makes dose underestimated. Due to the dose of bisexual phantom are inaccurate in female organs (uterus and ovaries), the assessment of internal dosimetry to Chinese adult female is suggested to calculate the internal organ dose with CRAF66 Chinese adult female phantom. This research also put the dose and the error of the PET image which simulates CRAF66 voxel phantom with three kind of nuclides(F-18, C-11,Ga-68) in Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Appendix B for reference.
