Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect to labors in workload, work-family conflicts, and the quality of life, after the Labor Standards Law amended Five-Day work week was implemented. The method of this study is using a questionnaire survey to conducting data collection. There are 310 questionnaires have been completed. The results show that there is a negative relationship between the execution degree of labor policies and work-family conflicts. But with the quality of life (physiological function, role limitations due to physical problems), and overall feelings of health have a positive relationship. The quality of life is positively related to the degree of labor policy identity. This study recommends that companies strictly put Five-Day Work Week policies into effect will benefit employees in reducing the Work-Family Conflict, and enhancing the quality of life, and further improving labors’ recognition in new policies.
