Study on the Behavior of Purchasing Pet Health Food-A Case Study of Yuan Lin City in Chang-Hua County

碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 保健食品系 === 105 === Since the rapid transformation of family pattern in the past decades, childless and single-person family have become more commom and some may regard person living with a dog (or a cat) as family. Today, increasing number of people consider themselves to be pet “parents”, a new trend has emerged called “pet humanization”, which is the desire to provide pet with humanquality products. In this study, 150 petrological questionnaires, 140 valid samples were used and analyzed using Excel 2013 software. The questionnaire was conducted by means of convenience sampling. Study found that pet owners of the pet health food awareness, the purchase of pet health food considerations and personal background factors and the purchase of pet health food intended to have a positive correlation, but the pet owner of the purchase of pet health food situation and the purchase of pet health food is not relevant. It is recommended that the Government implement the legislative management of pet health food as soon as possible to maintain the health of pets. The industry will handle the pet health food related briefing sessions and set up a website related knowledge question and answer area to promote the owner's purchase behavior.
